Okay, so, I can't think of a creative way to start this blog, so I'll start with a recipe that I promised a few of my friends...
Raspberry Chipotle Ribs
I use pork, country style (boneless) ribs for this
Place ribs in 9x13 baking dish
Season ribs with garlic salt and cinnamon
Broil until browned (not cooked) on each side
Pour Dante's Inferno Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over ribs generously (I used to buy this at Sam's club, but lately they don't have it. There is another raspberry chipotle bbq sauce out there, but I don't like it as well...the Dante's has chunks of raspberry in it, and just tastes better all together.)
*You can use regular bbq sauce at this point if that is what you prefer.
Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 325 for about 2 1/2 hours **Low and slow makes them more tender
You can also make this with regular, bone in, ribs...but I'm not sure about cook times.
